At Lukali & Co, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is created with precision in our cutting-edge facility, and we are confident you will love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:
✅ Returns

Eligibility: Items purchased online or by phone may be returned for a full refund if the package is postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. For security, please do not list the package contents on the outside of the box.
🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: All upgrades and exchanges are final.
⚒️ Custom Orders & Restocking Fees

Custom-made items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on either:

the total invoice amount, or
-
the cost of labor and materials (whichever is greater).

Labor and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Labor fees may apply for services such as ring sizing, stone setting, engraving, or modifying components (e.g., converting earring backs).
📜 Diamond Certificates

If your purchase included a diamond certificate, it must be returned with the item.

Missing certificates are subject to a $100 replacement fee.
📦 Shipping Your Return

We recommend sending your return via insured, registered mail for the full value of the item(s).

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
