Lukali & Co

We stand behind the pieces we make. If something isn't right, here are the return and exchange options.

Returns.

  • Items bought online or by phone can be returned for a full refund if the package is postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. For security, don't list the contents on the outside of the box.

Exchanges.

  • Exchanges are accepted for items postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • All upgrades and exchanges are final.

Custom orders and restocking fees.

  • Custom pieces carry a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the total invoice amount or the cost of labor and materials, whichever is greater.
  • Labor and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Labor fees may apply for work like ring sizing, stone setting, engraving, or modifying components.

Diamond certificates.

  • If your purchase included a diamond certificate, return it with the item. A missing certificate carries a $100 replacement fee.

Shipping your return.

  • Send returns by insured, registered mail for the full value of the items.
  • You cover return shipping.
  • We aren't liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
