Ready-to-ship pieces ship within a week of ordering. The ready-to-ship chains and pendants are chosen by hand and checked before they ship, not made at the bench.

Custom pieces ship when they're finished. That usually takes two to three weeks. Some are done in four days and some take a month, and the timeline is set before it starts.

Orders placed on a weekend start processing on the next business day. When your order ships, you get an email with tracking.

Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship for $10. Standard orders go by USPS Priority Mail. Free and $10 shipping only apply in the contiguous United States, so orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories don't qualify.

For faster delivery, pick a UPS service at checkout: Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. You pay the extra cost. UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes.

Everything ships from the studio in Vista, California.
