3D Printing at Lukali & Co

Before a custom piece is cast in metal, we print it in resin. The design starts as a digital model, built to hold every curve and detail, and the printer lays it down layer by layer.

The resin print lets us check the piece in the hand first: the proportions, the lettering, the fit. We fix it there, where a change costs nothing, instead of after it is in gold or silver.

Printing is one step. The piece still gets cast, hand-finished, and set the same way every Lukali piece is. It just gets us to the right shape faster.
